Used and loved are two different achievements

Friction work, preloaded content, and two-click flows get people in the door — that's being used, and it's engineering. The distinctive thing they touch and play with and brag about — that's being loved, and it's identity. Accessibility without distinctiveness is a competent collection of parts.

The first achievement gets them in. The second makes them stay. Don't stop at one.
