The product reveals itself the longer you sit with it — the same way characters start telling a novelist what they'd actually do. The shift happens the moment you stop interacting with an idea and start using a product: suddenly every extra tap, every confusing screen, every "wait, how do I…" exposes itself as a tiny exit door.

Iteration is not a phase after building. It is the building.
