Identity drifts — lock it at the top

When the character at second five doesn't match the character at second one, the causes are predictable: identity described too thin, described inconsistently across beats, or pushed through too many high-motion gestures. Lock identity in a single block at the top, refer to "she" not "a woman," and use silhouettes for the motion-heavy beats where faces lose themselves fastest.
