Design for the report, then for the brigade

A simple rule — three reports within twenty-four hours triggers a shadow ban — tells your users the platform has their back from day one. But write the founder's footnote with it: any rule that automatically trusts reports can be gamed by people coordinating false ones. Ship the line in the sand, then build the brigading catch as you grow.
