A camera in motion should carry into the next beat or stop for a reason the audience can see: "camera arrives at the mural mid-frame and holds briefly" — arrival motivates the hold. A push that simply halts reads as a glitch, not a choice.

Every stop needs an arrival. Every resume needs a cause.
